The National Theater is the heart of performance in Oslo, both historically and in modern times, alongside the Oslo Opera house. An architectural gem, the Opera House also has a stunning view of the city and fjord from it’s roof, which you can walk onto from the exterior!
Also perching over the fjord, Akershus Fortress is a stunning historical relic that holds many old stories. From here, you can easily walk to another important symbol of the city, Oslo City Hall. This imposing structure houses beautiful frescoes as well as the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony.
While you are walking with us, we can also enjoy the lively atmosphere of Aker Brygge and Tjuvenholmen, two pervious industrial districts now filled with filled with restaurants, cafés, and galleries.
